Educational requirement

High school graduation

• High school diploma (Semesters 1 and 2 of Senior Year: 80% overall GPA or 60% overall GPA on the college Entrance examination)

• Minimum age requirement: 17 years.

Middle School students and high school graduates:

3 'A' level /3 H2 and 2 H1 pass subjects and 1 'AS' level subject with A total of 9 points, where A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1(for AS courses, the point value is halved)

• Minimum score of 25, English A1 or A2 (HL or SL) is a pass (minimum Level 4) and meets the English language requirement * If the language of instruction in the IB programme is not English, students must complete an English subject in the IB Diploma to be considered to meet the English language requirement

English requirement

• IELTS 6.0 (no less than 6.0 in each item)

• TOEFL IBT 70 (minimum of 18 in Reading and Writing, minimum of 17 in speaking and listening)/Pearson Academic English Test 54 (minimum of 54 in Reading and writing, minimum of 47 in speaking and listening)

• An English language test that meets the English language requirements, the qualification must be completed within 2 years before the commencement of the Bachelor's degree at the University of Wollongong

Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Language requirement)

• IELTS 6.5(no less than 6.0 for each item); or

• TOEFL IBT 86, at least 18 in reading and writing, at least 17 in speaking and listening; perhaps

• At least 62 on the Pearson Academic English Test (at least 54 in reading and writing, 47 in speaking and listening)

• An English language test/qualification that meets the English language requirements must be completed within 2 years prior to the commencement of the Bachelor's degree at the University of Wollongong.
